Good morning, welcome to Tuesday’s Start, and to a new month. You’ll find no April Fool fakery from me in today’s bulletin - but I can’t promise I haven’t fallen for any published elsewhere! Forgive me if I have - it is early after all… It’s a quieter one today - here’s everything I’ve been able to find.

🪦 Two families have received apologies from Gloucester City Council after loved ones were buried in the wrong places at Coney Hill Cemetery. ‘Due processes’ have since been followed to move the graves to the correct locations. - Gloucestershire Live, via the Local Democracy Reporting Service
🏃♀️ Hospitality businesses have hit out at the scheduling of Gloucester Half Marathon and 10k on Mothering Sunday (as touched on in yesterday’s Start). Spago in Bakers Quay and Bella Mia in the Food Dock both said they suffered multiple cancellations as road closures prevented people from getting to them. - BBC Gloucestershire

🚨 Fake banknotes were used by a man buying a iPhone advertised on Facebook. The seller only realised after the man had come to an address in Tredworth to make the purchase. Police have released an image. - Gloucester News Centre
