Good morning, welcome to Friday’s Start. There’s double red lines coming to stop parents parking badly at schools, and Gloucester City Council has revealed its five-year spending plan, plus a few ideas for things to do this weekend. Here’s today’s bulletin, we’ll see you again on Monday morning.
💰 Gloucester City Council is set to approve a 2.99% rise in its share of the council tax bill next week. Its five-year money plan and 2025-26 budget will include £14million to complete The Forum, £12million for the Greyfriars Quarter and £20,000 to tackle rising reports of graffiti. - Gloucester City Council
